Our Request a Dumpster form collects your name, phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery date, preferred rental package, and any additional notes you provide. Submitting the form does not confirm a reservation or collect payment.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie information, and website usage or interaction information.

Payment Information

Online booking and website checkout are currently unavailable. After we check availability and discuss your rental, we may send an invoice or payment link through a third-party payment provider.

Payment details entered through that provider are handled according to its privacy and security practices. Kelley Roll-Offs does not need to receive or store your complete credit or debit card number to process these payments. Please do not send card details through our request form, ordinary email, or text messages.

Where supported by the provider and separately authorized by you, a payment method may be stored by the provider for applicable rental charges. These may include excess weight, additional rental days, unsafe-load fees, special disposal fees, prohibited-material charges, and failed delivery or pickup charges described in our Rental Terms & Conditions. Submitting an inquiry or request does not authorize storing or charging a payment method.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to respond to inquiries; check availability; arrange and manage rentals; schedule delivery and pickup; process payments and authorized additional charges; send rental confirmations, updates, receipts, and invoices; provide customer support; prevent misuse or unauthorized transactions; maintain business records; comply with applicable requirements; and improve our website and services.

How We Share Information

Kelley Roll-Offs does not sell or rent customers' personal information. We may share information with providers as reasonably necessary for website hosting, form delivery, scheduling, customer management, payment processing, email and text communications, analytics, accounting, and other business operations.
